How to Use the DTF Gang Sheet Builder

Prepare Your Designs: Ensure your artwork is in PNG format with a transparent background and sized correctly.
Open the Builder: Click "Build Your Own Gang Sheet" to start.
Select Sheet Size: Choose a gang sheet size that fits your needs.
Upload & Arrange: Upload your designs, drag them onto the sheet, resize, and arrange them.
Export Your File: Save your layout as a PNG or PDF.
Submit Your Order: Upload the exported gang sheet at checkout or email it to us.

Using a Heat Press!

What You Need:

Any Garment
DTF Transfer
Heat Press

Step 1: Pressing
Place the DTF transfer on the garment. Heat press the transfer at 300 degrees for 10 seconds with medium pressure.

Step 2: Peel It
Hot peel the film off the transfer.

Step 3: Second Press
Cover the transfer with Teflon for a shiny look or parchment paper for a matte look. Press again at 300 degrees for 10 seconds with medium pressure.

Note:

Even heat distribution and firm pressure are essential for good adhesion. Avoid pressing over zippers, pockets, seams, or buttons.
For polyester or blend fabrics, lower the temperature to 250-280 degrees and reduce pressing time by 3-5 seconds, as these fabrics absorb heat faster.
